Enjoy a base hourly rate based on experience and skills, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2 - $4 per hour.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients on their benefits
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role includes a varied schedule with weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts; flexible availability is preferred.
