Curtis Lumber is hiring experienced Sales Associates to join our Perth location and meet or exceed sales and margin goals. You will utilize exceptional customer service and sales skills to assist customers and drive results in a busy retail environment.

The role requires Saturday availability, a focus on building material knowledge, and the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week with a consistent schedule.
• Discretionary profit share after one year of employment.
• Six paid holidays and PTO immediately.
• Paid weekly on Fridays.
• Work on register and answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
• Building material product knowledge is a plus.
• Saturday availability is required.
