Curtis Lumber Co, Inc. in Town of Queensbury, NY is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our building materials team. You will handle phone, in-store, and online inquiries, build quotes, process orders for pickup or delivery, and deliver friendly, solution-focused service to every customer.

Full-time, 40+ hours weekly with a set schedule; $17-$18 per hour plus annual performance raises. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Associates will take phone calls, build quotes and orders for pick up or delivery and assist customers’ needs as they enter the store
• Engage in face-to-face, phone, and electronic sales with exceptional customer service to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals
• Maintain store and back storage area cleanliness and restocking
• Support product knowledge and upsell relevant building materials to customers
• Follow up quotes and convert to orders to drive revenue

Our store is looking to find experienced hard working individuals to join our team of Sales Associates!

Our Sales team will take phone calls, build quotes and orders for pick up or delivery and assist with all customers’ needs as they enter the store. We're looking for an associate that is comfortable engaging in face to face, phone, and electronic sales while utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals. Our Counter Sales associates are also responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, restocking and more in the main store and back storage area(s).

$17 - $18 per hour with annual performance based raises!
