The Sales Associate is responsible to assist customers throughout the retail store. The primary function is to provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, cashier responsibilities, answering product‑related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by the manager. Knowledge of and interest in farm and accessories is preferred. This position works 1‑2 nights a week and rotating weekends.
Pay range: $13.00–$16.00 depending on experience
The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate has no direct supervisory authority.
