Job summary

Runnings in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers throughout the store and provide excellent service. You will greet shoppers, handle cashier duties, answer product questions, stock and face merchandise, and help with freight and cycle counts as directed by management.

This position typically works 1 night a week with rotating weekends and pays $15.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a full-time schedule and benefits as applicable.

Description

The Sales Associate is responsible to assist customers throughout the retail store. The primary function of the Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service. This may include greeting customers in the store, cashier responsibilities, answering product related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by manager. Knowledge of and interest in Farm and automobile accessories is preferred. This position would work 1 night a week and rotating weekends.
Pay Range: $15.00-$17.00 depending on experience.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager.

• The Sales Associate has no direct supervisory authority.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
