Job summary

Lovesac in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. If you’re passionate about sustainability, building relationships, and delivering extraordinary service, join our Lovesac Retail Team.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide them from initial interest to purchase, while meeting personal sales goals and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience across in-store and remote shifts.
• Must be able to travel as required by the Company to local stores and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using our Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
• Conduct outreach using company tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring safety.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
