Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering great service and keeping the store safe and clean.
