Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand, welcoming customers and guiding them through our baby and children's apparel. In a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll help families with product knowledge, promotions, and omnichannel support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
