Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand, welcoming families and guiding them through our baby essentials and school prep products. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and support omnichannel shopping in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

As part of Carter's inclusive team, you will promote promotions, manage transactions, and help keep the store inviting and organized while balancing multiple duties and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed
