Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers warmly, help them explore baby essentials, and assist with school readiness, while delivering exceptional service in a busy retail setting.

You will support omnichannel needs, execute POS transactions, stock shelves, and participate in promotional events. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude to help families feel valued.
