Carter’s Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, assist with baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a welcoming environment.

You’ll handle transactions, provide product information, and participate in stock replenishment and store maintenance while promoting our loyalty programs and ongoing promotions. Availability may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and questions.
• Process transactions at the point of sale and assist with returns as needed.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment and displays.
