Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and metals to educate clients.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and assist with visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and credit sales.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain a secure sales environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
