• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and arrivals; advise customers on fit, color and styling.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest matching items.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support a productive team.
• Proactively communicate store information to management to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve sales and service metrics across key measures and participate in learning opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Occasionally lead/supervise others and assist with opening/closing the store.
