• Open availability of 15–20 hours per week; flexible including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to help build store business and service enhancements.
• Support service enhancers and use Concierge to build relationships.
• Serve multiple customers at a time, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and knowledge of new arrivals, fit, color, and styling.
• Use fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest matching items.
• Maximize performance through learning opportunities, direction, coaching and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling/outreach, appointments, and awards.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
