• Able to navigate a computer/iPad/handheld system.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and brand.
• Assist management in building store business.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, incl. Concierge.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals with product knowledge.
• Create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching.
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
