Soma in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our customer-first team. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers through the store and online tools to create a seamless experience.

You will foster brand loyalty, support merchandising and inventory tasks, and help maintain an inviting, well-organized space that reflects Soma’s standards. This is a flexible, customer-facing role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in Virginia.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
