Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered store that reflects our hospitality. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to build connections.

You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while maintaining a visually inspiring space. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Age requirements: IL 16+, other states 18+.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
