Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists, clean up, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge guide.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect assets and financial information and report potential fraud risk.
