Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as described in the manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote goods per product knowledge manual.
• Aim to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Report merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and ops issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets by maintaining internal controls and flagging fraud risk.
