Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store; assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales performance.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards as outlined in manuals and memos.
• Assist daily store operations including completing work lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge manual.
• Aim to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
