AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases across online, phone, and in-store channels in our no-haggle environment.

Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and provide information to help customers complete their purchase while ensuring exceptional service before and after sale. You will help transition customers to the Service department and contribute to a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow up with customers and use technology.
