Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-store interactions in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly and help customers select vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.

In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction by following up after purchase and assisting in transitioning customers to the Service department, while pursuing targeted sales goals in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
