Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process in our Troy, MI store. You’ll build relationships, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on delivering Total Comfort™ and exceptional shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service, are comfortable using CRM and store systems, and can work weekends, holidays, and evenings to meet

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high‑traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third‑party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
