Job Description

The Design Consultant maximizes sales and provides an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include utilizing our selling model, conducting business per company standards, offering customer service and space planning, and maintaining a sales-driven focus. This role is based in Baybrook.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and productivity targets
• Develop selling skills according to our model
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Organize and cultivate customer relationships
• Follow up proactively with guests
• Address guest concerns promptly
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Ensure operational standards and system accuracy

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary from $22,000 to $350,000 annually, plus commissions and bonuses
