Job summary

Drybar is seeking energetic retail sales associates in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of blowout services, memberships, and retail products. Base pay starts at $14/hr with commissions on memberships and product sales, plus paid time off and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in fast-paced customer service, are comfortable with technology-based systems, and can multitask at the front desk while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience working with technology based systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Ability to promote and sell hair products, services, and memberships
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in fast paced enviornment, stay organized and calm during busy periods
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Multitasking: ability to greet clients, answer phone calls, book services, and check out clients efficiently
• Ability to stand and walk for much of their 6-8 hour shift
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
• Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks
