LABEL is a 14-year-old established custom clothing brand in SoHo, New York. We seek a Sales Associate to sell custom menswear to executives and entrepreneurs, building a personal book of business with full training and brand backing.

This is a consultative sales career, not a retail role, with real earning power via 16-22% uncapped commissions. Typical first-year earnings range $45-60K, rising to $60-85K in year two, and $100K+ for tenured reps as their book grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in sales, client-facing, or relationship-driven work is a plus but not required.
• Recent graduates with internship experience encouraged to apply.
• Track record of hitting goals in sales, academics, or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and build your pipeline. Proactively source your own clients through outreach and referrals.
• Run consultative appointments in the SoHo showroom, at client offices, or preferred locations.
• Grow long-term clients through follow-up and CRM discipline.
• Deliver accurate orders with support from the sister tailoring company, Alts.

LABEL is looking for hunters. Build your own book of business selling custom menswear to executives and entrepreneurs, with a clear path from Associate to Director and earnings that grow as fast as you do. Top reps earn $100K+. You’ll represent an established 14-year company featured in Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar, Inc., Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and People. This is a consultative sales career, not a retail job.

What you’ll do:

• Grow long-term clients. Turn first orders into repeat business through genuine follow-up and sharp CRM discipline.
• Deliver flawlessly. Submit accurate orders and lean on our sister company, Alts, whose master tailors average 20+ years of experience, so every garment fits perfectly.

What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid training period at $3,500/month while you learn the craft and earn your certification.
• After certification: 16-22% uncapped progressive commission, with ramp support that steps down as your commissions grow to replace it.
