Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and maintain standards across the floor with a team of colleagues.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and a strong customer-first mindset, with solid communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Proficiency in English and basic math is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Clear spoken English and ability to read/write in English.
• Prolonged standing and light lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, orders, and store maintenance per policies and safety rules.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to procedures.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
