Job summary

Spitzer Autoworld in Monroeville is seeking a Sales Associate/Consultant to deliver a high level of customer service and help clients select vehicles that meet their needs.

You will participate in training, the Spitzer value price sales process, and ongoing development within a large family-owned automotive group. The role emphasizes customer focus and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills including email.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
• Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
• Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests.
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order.
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty.
• Other related duties as assigned
