Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing store profitability. We love what we do and believe our teams are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge, recommending merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Ensure standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
• Participate in visual directives, including store sets and zone maintenance.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register operations, remaining current on policies.
• Reinforce buying decisions, achieve add-on goals, and sign up clients for rewards.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style offerings in-store and online.
• Maintain consistent client communication via customer book.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment activities to keep the store full and appealing.
• Assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations.
• Help with store cleanliness and organization.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
