At L.L.Bean, we are seeking Temporary, Part‑Time Sales Associates for our Wayside Commons Retail Store in Burlington,MA. In this role, you will be the face of the L.L.Bean brand, delivering world‑class customer service across our outdoor gear and apparel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers: approach and assist multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive sales: convert every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, driving brand loyalty through exceptional service.

Physical Demands

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this position is $17.50 hourly.
