Job summary

DSLD Homes is seeking a Sales Associate in Covington, LA to support the Builder Sales Representatives. You will assist with marketing and sales activities for the community and handle tasks when the Builder Sales Representative is unavailable.

The role involves daily interaction with the public, coordinating showings, updating model homes, and maintaining clean specs. A full-time schedule with weekend hours is required at the Covington model.

Qualifications

• Great verbal communication skills and strong listening skills.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required.
• Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas.

Responsibilities

• General Office Duties.
• Assist Builder Sales Representative with calendar and show-home tasks.
• Register potential buyers, set appointments, show homes, and manage signage.
• For current buyers: schedule Color/Option appointments, share construction photos, prep homes for first walks, maintain specs.
