Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop® in Bloomington, MN is seeking Bear Builder associates who are fun, easy‑going, and team‑oriented to engage guests and help create a memorable experience. You will provide exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere and upholding brand standards.

This role emphasizes assisting guests with personalized furry friends, maintaining guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive team environment within retail stores located in malls and retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate’s degree (or higher) in business/management or related field preferred

Required Qualifications
