Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Bloomington, MN is seeking a cheerful Bear Builder Associate to help guests create their personalized furry friends and ensure a memorable visit.

You will engage guests, maintain brand standards, and work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, including lifting up to 25 pounds and rotating around the store to assist customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
