BODYBAR Pilates - Magnolia and Tomball is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome guests, convert first-timers into members, and drive retail sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, close memberships, and promote BODYBAR apparel and accessories.

We value strong teamwork, excellent communication, and a passion for wellness. Flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends, is available in a supportive environment.

This isn't just a front desk position—you’ll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and working alongside a supportive team to create an experience that keeps our community coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Welcome guests, build strong relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
• Drive Membership Sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand member fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.
• Grow Retail Revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Support Studio Operations: Manage check-ins, class bookings, account updates, and accurate sales logs in our studio software.
• Keep the Studio Inviting: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.
• Build Our Community: Support studio events, promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local member engagement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
