BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—working with a fun, motivated team. Part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

We look for evening and weekend availability, strong English communication, and a passion for fitness. Join us to help create welcoming workouts and experiences for members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive membership, retail and private training sales.
• Fluent English with excellent in-person, phone and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and able to represent the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest to memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals across bookings, outreach, and membership sales, delivering results.
• Be BODYBAR ambassador at local events and grow studio presence in the community.

This is a part‑time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

Availability Requirements

We're looking for team members who can regularly work evening and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in‑person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
