Job summary

Balsam Hill Studio at Whalers Village in Lahaina, Maui is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, guest-focused service in a beachfront setting. You’ll help visitors find meaningful keepsakes from their Maui trip, assist with merchandising and daily store presentation, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment in a busy, tourism-driven location.

The role is full-time, on-site, with weekends and holidays required, offering an energetic workplace where guests come from

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tourism-driven environment.
• Reliable and flexible (weekends/holidays included).
• Basic tech comfort with iPad and POS systems.

The pay rate for this position is: $19.00-23.00 per hour.
