AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases via online, phone, and in-person channels in our no-haggle sales environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers move from initial contact to an in-store experience while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions to help guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience.
