AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person, guiding them through the vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and provide information to help customers choose the right vehicle and financing terms.

You’ll work to ensure exceptional customer experiences before and after purchase, with opportunities to transition customers to Service for ongoing ownership support.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with online, phone, and in-person customers to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads promptly and move customers from inquiry to in-store visit.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and negotiating terms to fit budgets and lifestyle.
