Job summary

Tire Discounters in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate/Manager to drive store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will evaluate customer needs, recommend products, and manage orders while representing a growing, family-owned retailer.

This on-site role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work Saturdays; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000+ per year with monthly incentives.

Your Role as Sales Associate and Sales Manager:

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationships location while achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Pay: $50,000 - $70,000+ annually

• (includes monthly spiff and monthly store bonus)
