Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Sales Associate and Sales Manager to drive store growth while delivering a WOW customer experience. This high-impact, fast-paced role focuses on building relationships, meeting sales goals, and maintaining store presentation.

You will evaluate customer needs, promote products, coordinate orders, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Weekend availability and physical stamina are valued as you advance along our defined career path.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Your Role As Sales Associate And Sales Manager

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationships location while achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually

• (includes monthly spiff and monthly store bonus)
• Paid weekly
