Job summary

Tire Discounters in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Sales Associate and Sales Manager to join our neighborhood team. You’ll grow store sales through customer relationships and deliver a WOW customer experience while upholding our values.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, promoting products, processing orders, coordinating work with service teams, and maintaining store presentation. Evening and Saturday shifts are required; prior retail or automotive service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Your Role as Sales Associate and Sales Manager:

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationshipswhile achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

• (includes monthly spiff and store bonus)
