Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a luxury boutique professional in Atlanta to drive high jewelry sales while cultivating a loyal client network. The role requires delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment and effectively communicating with clients in person and in writing.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will balance daily business with High Jewelry sales, attend community events, and oversee CRM initiatives including data capture, communications on novelties, gifting

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for achieving sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Attend community functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events
• Oversee client data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
• Assist in daily display setup and maintain boutique aesthetics
• Ability to travel as required

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales, while developing a network of loyal clients.

In this role, you will

• Be responsible for achieving sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Attend social functions within the community to generate new business, invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events, and reach out through curated clienteling tools
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
• Assist in display setup each morning, display breakdown in the evening, and maintain the aesthetic quality of the Boutique
• Ability to travel as required
