As a Sales Pilot, you'll co-pilot with our management team, navigating customer satisfaction and driving retail growth. Your expertise will assist our Spa in reaching cruising altitude, enhancing travelers' experiences, and maintaining a high-altitude performance to achieve our collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer customer interactions to guarantee satisfaction
• Efficiently manage transactions, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Master knowledge of our brand, products, and services and educate guests thereof.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Target and achieve sales goals.
• Elevate our brand, spearheading the promotion of treatments, services, and products.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
• Participate in training and staff meetings.
• Support overall operations as directed by management.
• Comply with strict sanitation protocols.
