Job summary

Junction Commons Park City is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to engage customers, drive sales, and uphold store standards in Park City, Utah. You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and help the team deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You will support opening and closing tasks, perform POS transactions, and assist the management team in achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Familiarity with store operations and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and stocked store.
• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Execute supervisor duties during shifts in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
