Job summary

AutoNation is looking for Equity Mining Sales Associates in Tucson, AZ, to drive incremental sales and acquire additional inventory by prospecting our databases and identifying conquest customers in service drives. The role is commission-based, with opportunities for growth through nationwide inventory and a supportive team.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, a desire to help people, and preferably prior sales or retail experience.

The Equity Mining Sales Associate is focused and specifically trained for driving incremental sales and acquiring additional inventory for their dealership by actively prospecting our current sales and service databases, as well as identifying conquest customers in our service drives.
