Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Equity Mining Sales Associate in Georgia to drive incremental sales and acquire additional inventory by actively prospecting our dealership databases and identifying conquest customers in service drives.

You will help grow the dealership's inventory and revenue by leveraging strong communication, customer service experience, and a results-driven mindset. A high school diploma is required, with prior retail or sales experience preferred.

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
