Job summary

AutoNation, a leading U.S. automotive retailer, is hiring an Equity Mining Sales Associate to drive incremental sales by prospecting our sales and service databases and identifying conquest customers in our dealership network.

You will collaborate with dealership teams, use technology to track opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while pursuing targeted growth. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targeted goals and drive results.

• Experience with technology and dealership software is a plus.

Responsibilities
