Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone, and in person through our no-haggle buying experience. You will respond to leads promptly and help steer customers from initial contact to in-store pickup while delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in-store to guide their vehicle purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly, answer questions and provide information to facilitate a no-haggle buying process.
• Help close deals and ensure a positive ownership experience by coordinating with the Service department as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty through follow-up and post-purchase support.

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
