Overview
The sales associate agent (SAA) is the right hand to a successful agency in the insurance industry. You will provide crucial support and enable seamless operations. This role requires impeccable organization, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence in sales and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Skills: Proven work experience as a sales representative with basic understanding of sales principles and customer service. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and handle correspondence to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Client Liaison: Selling products and services while taking care of customers. Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting them through the buying process, offering exceptional service, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between clients and the agent.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate client files, policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Marketing and Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with agency owner to execute marketing strategies including outreach, campaigns and client relationship management. Planning and attending marketing/networking activities, actively seeking new business relationships and events.
- Policy Management: Assist in the creation, modification, and renewal of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance or financial industry.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and correspondence.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software or CRM systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.

Pay: $32,370.00 - $72,358.00 per year
