About The Role

As an Sales Associate , The Sales Associate will assist Sales Account Managers in all administrative aspects of the customer sales process, from prospecting to customer service. Additionally, this role includes Pricebook management support and customer meeting preparation.

How Will You Contribute

Sales & Customer Support:

• Assist in new client prospecting and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process (reception, analysis, formation, follow-up with operations and purchasing teams, and clarification with clients).
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of Price books, including updates and customer PB creation.
• Support customer projects from creation through offer validation.
• Track customer opportunities, contact clients for updates, and provide customer service support.
  
  

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and other sales-related documentation.
• Organize and update market analysis presentations.
• Maintain and track sample inventory and handle customer sample requests.
• Support and plan trade shows, and corporate events.
• Prepare meeting materials and assist with customer meeting preparations.
  
  

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in business administration, management, sales, finance, or marketing.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

This position is currently classified as Remote with some travel.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $103,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
